Serving in a 'people ministry', I've enjoyed being a part of people's life, encouraging and motivating them to where God wants them to be. I like to impart what I've learn to others. & of coz eventually I wish to step down to where I’m called to minister in order for others to take over. I am excited to pass the baton to the next generation leaders, believing that they have great potentials. I am all willing to release the ‘Paul’ into the ministries they belong. Yet in the people ministry, I must learn to face this fact: people come and go. They come to you when they need help or need comfort but when things are going well for them; they might forget you or take you for granted. Yet I told God in tears, it'll all be worth it.
