Benefits of sleeping early...

I read this email and *gasp* i'm guilty of this.

Importance of Early Sleep

Evening at 9pm-11pm: is the time for eliminating unnecessary / toxic chemicals (detoxification) from the antibody system (lymph nodes). The period should be spent relaxing or listening to music.

Evening at 11pm-1am: detoxification process in the liver, ideally should be done when you are in a state of deep sleep

Early morning 1am-3am: detoxification process in the gall, ideally done in a state of deep sleep

Early morning 3am-5am: detoxification in the lungs. Therefore there will sometime be a severe cough for cough sufferers during this time.

the list continues.........................

Those who always skip breakfast, they should change their habits, for it is better to take breakfast late until 9-10am rather than no meals at all.

This article applies to me....
Not good to sleep late.

bedtime stories?

Suppose to be doing my assignment, but I got distracted again. Mainly because i'm having mental block. Really don't know how to pen my thoughts for this assignment on political philosopy. so chim... I need help!! Anyone did Politics in History, Rousseau's philosopy of the Social Contract? I don't know why I'm doing this, doesnt seems related. Develop critical thinking and analysis? hmmm...watever

I spend the rest of the hour reading all the previous posts in our blog b4 i head off to my dreamland. it's interesting to browse through these posts as I realised the changes in expression, the different seasons in life, reminded of the things committed to God, the prayers made, verses that were encouraging, incidents that taught precious lessons, memories, ...and questions that surfaced as I read on.
all in all, i'm thankful for this journey. It's good to do journaling; helps you to reflect and slow down in this fast paced world.
shall not stress myself for the assignment, gdnitez world. reading the notes r like bedtime stories, one side in the other side out and all i see are ZzzzZZzzz, so which is which? reading posts or notes that's making me sleepy? *yawnz* =P

It's not easy being green...

After a very long siesta.. i'm posting again... but only because I'm taking a break from work! No I don't mean that I'm working now at 1.20am in the morning... I'm taking a break in that in another 6 hours, I'll be back in camp for ICT (aka RESERVIST)!!! yeah, i'll be away from work, from home, from min, from all civilised life to be a man in green for a week!

I won't say its not a welcome break, but my body's not taking it really well.. hahaha I've been feeling sick sorta the whole day, ever since i walked into church! But God's awesome and I know He's watching over me. Anyways was busy packing my things for most of the night...

Just a short recap over what's been going on with me since my last post...

1) I've been at work... working... programming... staring at computer...
2) I've been doing more work... working... programming... staring at computer...
3) ...
4) ...
...

you get the picture? hehehe of course I've taken my fair share of breaks during work.. like watching anime, snacking at the pantry.. etc etc... but I still get my work done!! I just got confirmed my place in the company just this past week! so i'm happy for that, though i don't think i got a raise.. hahaha

Managed to catch Star Wars Ep III this week... well it is better than the 2nd one that's for sure... but to me it felt kinda draggy about half-way through, though the fight scenes were awesome! =) I felt that it didn't live up to MY expectations of the movie.. hahaha but i'm not a critic am i?

Well, just to let all of you know that I'm still alive.. min hasn't done a plate-smashing thing-a-ma-jig on me yet, and that try not to flood my mailbox while i'm gone.. hahaha =P have fun peeps and till after camp!! Pray that everything will go smoothly, no injuries, no sickness, have wisdom, able to pass IPPT(fingers, toes, eyes all crossed!).. alright bye!
