    St. Patrick's Day

    Yesterday was a moment to associate with everything Irish: anything green and gold.
    Guess you may not know that the whole of Ireland (and perhaps many parts of the world) celebrating St. Patrick festival every 17 March.

    According to legend, St. Patrick used the shamrock to explain the concept of the Holy Trinity when converting a pagan Irish king to Christianity.... hmm.. interesting huh. It quite an experience to witness a Glimpse of an annual Irish celebration in remembrance of this Ireland's patron saint (Patrick) who brought Christianity to the pagan almost 1500 years ago. Whether you are Irish or not, it just for your info!

    Pretty obvious that has nothing to do with me but bel just coming up with reason to go to an Irish pub =P alas, Decided to pop by Muddy Murphy with Bel, Daimler ,Dennis &Mindy. It was packed with 'Greens'.. from Green Banners, posters, Green wigs, tall hats, chairs, coasters, Green outfits, balloons, decorative Shamrock (symbol of Ireland)... I even had a stick-on tattoo of a little green Shamrock on my left arm!!

    The uniqueness of Irish music and songs just reminds me of hobbits in Lord of the Rings! Haha. Ya know that folk tune with Lively rhythm that sets your feet tapping... with a mug of beer in your hand... Nah, that didn't happen!!

    The highlight was not so much of the ambiance but the time wif the girls, Daimler & Dennis cracking crappy jokes (ask me if u wanna hear some..provided i can still remember) and teasing our dear mindy.. been a long while since I've laughed so much...oops She just so adorable and naive =) Will try to post some photos when it's ready.
    It's a good time to cast my office work and assignments datelines aside and laugh to my heart's content. =)
