HE satisfies
Had a wonderful time talking to dear last nite. Juz can't get enough even after chatting online for hours...hee hee It makes a whole lot of difference ya know!
I've been busy at work, basically because I'm doing 2 persons job. So glad my supervisor coming back next week. The mountainful of work are drowning me. Often have the thought of leaving. I want to progress, to move on, to advance and to venture out.
I guess talking it out will help my brain in the thinking process. The past 2 nights especially yesterday helped me to ponder over intentions about my life in regards to work.
Penning down what i learnt during my Quiet Time =)
Matt 6:25
"Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more important than food, and the body more important than clothes?
Not only is it true that we cannot extend our life by worrying, but daily experience in our fast-paced culture confirms that worry and a troubled heart actually shorten life! God's standpoint is that we seek after Him. What is more important then to get rightly related with God?
I believe God is speaking to me in these areas:
Not to worry about the means of living but to trust that He will provide, He will make a way when I choose to seek His kingdom. I've been looking for ways to work around the Scriptures, I gave up knowing that I can never work my way through defending myself with my own reasoning.
One could never satisfy the needs of the world.
If I really value what God values rather than trying to satisfy the society values, then He wants me to meet the basic needs of people lacking in resources before I seek after my own possessions that are beyond my basic needs.
He clearly emphasis that He will meet our NEEDS! So why am I complaining? If he feeds the birds or clothes the flowers, he will provide us more than what my culture/society values, not less!
"Yet if God provides for birds and flowers, he will also provide for us (v. 30)"
God promises the basics. This theme is important to the passage. Thus in our lifelong plans and each day as we decide what to do with our life and resources, we have fresh opportunities to prove to God our love for him.
So my conclusion at this moment:: to stay on and see where big daddy gonna lead me. till den i will hold on. Thank You Jesus, for You satifies my all
