    WEDNESDAY

    People, they are my teacher too

    Sharing Life lessons may not necessary be from our own experiences but rather taught and caught from the lives of those around me...

    I met up with MH at somerset today. We had dinner at Sakae Sushi... which we had on monday as well. I LOVE JAP food, never get sick of it!! =P Bec after my short discussion with Bel on Monday at orchard =) we wanted MH to change her wardrobe.. hee but in the end she accompanied me shopping instead coz she forgot to bring her $ out. aiyo, so forgetful.

    It was a great time shopping and catching up with each other on our life.
    Some issues dawned upon me as I was on my way back:: What will my life be if I had handled it all by myself? Thank God I didn't. Cause i can't imagine what i would be like without HIM.

    Honestly, I admire strong-willed and independent woman: they have that zeal and determination to pursue their wildest dreams because they believe that fate is in their hands, well that's good! but yet on the other hand I wonder if they ever really gave a thought on how they can go about achieving it without the help/guidance of someone who is even more supreme? Was there not a time that they needed something/someone to rely on? When they look back, was there a moment that they regretted or wish to change? *ponder*

    I've learnt today that I should not fall into the trap of trying to handle matters all by my own. i think it is true that woman (i speak for myself too) have the natural tendency to take the reins, to take the initiative ourself, ironically that's not the way God created us... Example drawn from Gen 16:1-2 when Sarah tried to take control of the situation by initiating Hagar to bear Moses a son rather than waiting upon God. See what happen later part when she chased Hagar & her son out and regretted for her actions.
